HELPING CLEAR CLUTTER ONE ROOM AT A TIME

What does being organized mean?

Being organized has nothing to do with the way your home looks, appearances can be deceiving!  Being organized has everything to do with how efficiently your home functions.  If your surroundings and the systems you have in place to maintain your environment work for you then you are organized!  If on the other hand your systems are broken, you need to commit to making a change in your lifestyle and decide once and for all to get organized.

What is a "Needs Assessment"?

A Needs Assessment is a scheduled half-hour consultation between the Professional Organizer and the prospective client to evaluate and assess the organizational requirements of a project.  It is a fact-finding, information gathering interview.  The Professional Organizer is able to get a first hand look at the client's home environment to better understand the existing problems, discover what is causing the problems and recommend appropriate solutions.

What is a Residential Professional Organizer?

A Residential Professional Organizer is someone who helps families and/or individuals take control of their surroundings, their time, their paper clutter, and their systems for life.

What is Feng Shui and how does it relate to clearing clutter?

Feng Shui is a 6,000 year-old Chinese science that is based on the premise that all things, living and non-living, contain a certain energy, or life force, called Chi.  Feng Shui is the art of promoting health and happiness by harnessing positive Chi from your surroundings.

The first step to having "good Feng Shui" in your home or garden is to first remove clutter from your space and get organized.  Energy then flows more efficiently rather than being inhibited or stuck by too many objects in its path.
